Rod Smith is a constitutional scholar and has served as a law school dean and as President at Southern Virginia University. Rod currently directs the Center for Constitutional Studies at Utah Valley University and is the author of numerous books including: JAMES MADISON: The Father of Religious Liberty (Cedar Fort 2019) and DOLLEY AND JAMES MADISON: An Unlikely Love Story That Saved America, which will be coming out by February 2020.
