Rodger Dean Duncan is a descendant of 19th century Baptist evangelists and a convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He has served as bishop of three wards, as a stake president, and as a stake mission president. He currently serves as stake patriarch and temple sealer. He served on the Advisory Council that first recommended that “Another Testament of Jesus Christ” be added as subtitle to The Book of Mormon. Brother Duncan earned a PhD in organizational behavior at Purdue University, and has been advisor to presidential cabinet officers in two White House administrations and to top business leaders around the world. He and his wife live in Liberty, Missouri. Brother Duncan is co-author of Leadership for Saints, a book enjoyed by Church members around the globe. He’s also author of the international bestseller Change-friendly Leadership: How to Transform Good Intentions into Great Performance. In addition to writing for Meridian, Brother Duncan is a regular contributor to Forbes.
