Eliot has had his real estate license for over 10 years. Prior to being an active real estate agent in Utah, he was a broker in California and was the Broker of Record for a property management company with close to 2,000 leases. Though skilled at balancing high volumes and large commercial real estate transactions, Eliot also loves connecting on a personal basis to find the perfect situation to fit the unique needs of individual families and investors.
In addition to helping people and investors buy and sell homes where it makes sense, he has done a significant amount of multifamily development with the United States Navy as part of Clark Realty Capital helping to develop housing for military families. He has also purchased large apartment complexes (more than $500 MM in value) around the county to implement value-add strategies such as improving interior and exterior conditions to modernize communities and to maximize value for investment groups. Between being an agent, acquiring, and developing property, he has collectively worked on over one billion in closed real estate transactions.
Eliot has also had operational roles and worked in mergers and acquisitions. He received an undergraduate degree from BYU studying finance and then received an MBA from the University of Virginia studying real estate and finance. He has 4 children and lives in Draper, Utah.
