Those in the mid-Atlantic area of the U.S. are invited to a free presentation about how FamilySearch can help you.
Britt Franklin will tell how FamilySearch Family Tree can help you organize and preserve your genealogy online. Family Tree is free, available to everyone, and provides an easy way to share information. You can also add photos, historical documents, and stories about your ancestors to Family Tree.
Marilyn Gardner will tell how the FamilySearch Wiki can help you find record collections where your ancestor’s information may be found. The Wiki can also provide advice on solving your research problems.
An open house in the Columbia Family History Center will be held immediately following the presentations. Staff members there will be available to help you search for information about your ancestors.
